Abstract:
To provide a method for assembling a coil capable of suppressing an insulation paper from being dropped off.SOLUTION: A method for assembling a coil includes: a step of making an insulation paper 3 form a cylinder shape and inserting it into a slot 2a formed on a stator core 2, and making both ends of the insulation paper 3 projected from the slot 2a (a step S1); a step of forming both ends of the insulation paper 3 in a taper shape (a step S2); a step of arranging a support plate 4 that supports the insulation paper 3 whose both ends are formed in a taper shape and on which a through-hole 4a is formed at a position corresponding to the slot 2a so as to be in contact with any one of both ends of the insulation paper 3 (a step S3); and a step of inserting a coil 5 into the slot 2a from a side where no support plate 4 is arranged in a state where the support plate 4 is arranged (a step S4). A dimension of the through-hole 4a formed on the support plate 4 is larger than the coil 5 and smaller than a dimension of the end of the insulation paper 3 that is formed in a taper shape and in contact with the support plate 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
