Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assemblability of a motor generator.SOLUTION: An implement 16 for bring a rotor 5c closer to a stator 5b is attached to a housing 5a, a rear end of a shaft 4 is attached to the implement 16 concentrically with the stator 5b, and the rotor 5b is brought closer to the stator 5b by the implement from a position shown by (a) so as to be inserted into the stator 5b while the rotor 5b is centered with respect to the stator 5b by a centering guide part 11 projecting to an inner periphery of the stator 5b as shown by (b). During the insertion, the centering guide part 11 continues to guide the centering of the rotor 5c with respect to the stator 5b as shown (c), and the insertion of the rotor 5c is ended when the rotor 5c passes by the centering guide part 11 as shown by (d); and a bearing support 14 is attached onto an inner peripheral flange 5d, and the implement 16 is removed from the housing 5a. In the assembling process, a front end of the shaft 4 is fitted to a transmission input shaft 3a as shown by (c), (d) in rotational engagement relation.
