Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hole close-up seal and a seal sticking device by which a hole close-up seal is easily and speedily stuck to the outer periphery of a through-hole formed in a vehicle body panel of a vehicle and the through-hole can be thereby closed up.SOLUTION: A sticking method for a hole close-up seal includes: peeling a hole close-up seal from a release tape 12 to which a plurality of hole close-up seals 11 are stuck at predetermined intervals; and then sticking the hole close-up seal to the outer peripheral surface GM of a through-hole KH formed in a vehicle body panel SP of a vehicle W, thereby closing up the through-hole. A suction pad 21 sucks a hole close-up seal whose seal front end part 111 is released from the release tape at a tape folding part 31 at which the release tape is folded at an acute angle while kept run in a fixed direction, the seal rear end part 112 of the hole close-up seal is released from the release tape, and then the suction pad advances to stick the hole close-up seal to the outer peripheral surface of a through-hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
