Abstract:
To provide a building construction method which can effectively avoid post-construction jobs for cranes such as temporary openings and reduce the work and time for preliminary construction of the steel structure of the building frame and shorten the construction period by constructing the steel structure of the building frame in advance and installing stationary cranes on top of it.SOLUTION: A construction method of a building with a multi-story building frame 1 includes a preceding process for constructing a steel structure part 20A of an SRC part 20 which is an SRC structure from the lower floor side to the upper floor side in a part of a plan view of the building frame 1 and a follow-up process in which a stationary crane K is installed on the top of the steel structure part 20A of the SRC part 20 constructed in the preceding process to construct the remaining part of the building frame 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
