Abstract:
The invention provides a device and method for gear surface carburization. The device comprises a plurality of carburization furnaces and a foundation, wherein at least two carburization furnaces arearranged on a sliding rail of the foundation in parallel; each carburization furnace comprises an inner wall and an outer wall; each outer wall is made of a high-temperature-resistant material; the outer part of each inner wall is wrapped with a layer of heat preservation furnace pipe; a cavity which is vacuumized is formed between each outer wall and the corresponding heat preservation furnace pipe; a carburization bin is arranged in each carburization furnace; two brackets are arranged in each carburization bin; a carburization groove is formed in each of the two brackets; and a gear to be machined is placed in each carburization groove. According to the device and method for gear surface carburization, the environment is protected through reutilization of tail gas; the flexibility of the device is improved through the design of wheels at the bottoms of the carburization furnaces; and through monitoring of the heating time and control over opening and closing of a servo valve, the high-temperature tail gas is sequentially heated and subjected to heat preservation in the three carburization furnaces, and real-time continuous control is achieved.
