Title:
風力発電装置及び風力発電装置の弁機能確認方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP5535970
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm normality of a function of a pilot check valve for limiting a flow of a hydraulic fluid with respect to a hydraulic cylinder for changing the pitch angle of a blade.SOLUTION: In the wind power generator 10, which includes a pilot check valve 40 for limiting a flow of a hydraulic fluid with respect to a hydraulic cylinder 32 for changing the pitch angle of a blade, the pilot check valve 40 functions with the blade rotation suspended, so that the pitch angle of the blade is fixed to the feather side. A function of the pilot check valve 40 may be hindered by introduction of a contaminant in the hydraulic fluid or wear of the pilot check valve seat part. Then, the wind power generator 10 senses the blade operation state in a process with the blade pitch angle changing from the feather side to the fine side to compare the sensed blade operation state with the operation state with the pilot check valve 40 normally functioning, thereby determining presence/absence of abnormality of the pilot check valve 40.
