To decompose the meat and the bone of an animal by utilizing decomposition activities of steam to form the components.
The method for collecting the animal tissue components includes carrying out a pretreatment and a decomposition treatment of the animal tissue in a closed space. The pretreatment is a physically disintegrating treatment by the swelling pressure of the steam by blasting the animal tissue, and the decomposition treatment is a treatment for carrying out the steam decomposition by allowing the steam pressure to act on the animal tissue in a temperature-pressure region along the saturated steam pressure curve to form the components of the blasted animal tissue. The decomposed product formed by the decomposition treatment is collected.
