PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method where, from a recovery in a purification step including silver oxide and impurities, the impurities are reduced to recover silver.SOLUTION: Provide a method for recovering silver comprising: a dissolution step where a recovery obtained in a purification of silver electrorefining, and comprising silver oxide is dissolved in strong acid to obtain a strong acid solution; a reduction step where copper is added to the strong acid solution to precipitate silver; and a recovery step where the precipitated silver is recovered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
