PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constructing method capable of fastening two member by using a clip member by a simple work.SOLUTION: A method of constructing a first member 401 and a second member 501 by using a clip member, includes: placing the first member 401 on the second member 501; clipping the first member 401 and the second member 501 with the clip member 100, the clip member 100 having a nut portion 121a; and fastening the first member 401 and the second member 501 by screwing a bolt 100a with the nut portion 121a of the clip member 100 through the first member 401 and the second member 501.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
