Abstract:
To provide a method for controlling a plasma actuator, capable of reducing air resistance generated in a direction opposite to the direction of travel of a mobile body.SOLUTION: A plasma actuator 1 includes: a dielectric 10; a first electrode group 20a formed from a first electrode 11a and a second electrode 12a sandwiching the dielectric 10 therebetween; and a second electrode group 20b formed from a first electrode 11b and a second electrode 12b sandwiching the dielectric 10 therebetween. The first electrode group 20a is arranged to face the second electrode group 20b at a position separated from the second electrode group 20b by a predetermined distance. A method for controlling a plasma actuator is characterized in that a voltage applied to the plasma actuator 1 is changed based on the travel environment of a mobile body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
