Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bevel gear cutting machine that reliably removes burrs.SOLUTION: A bevel gear cutting machine (200) has multiple numerically controlled shafts. This machine has a workpiece spindle shaft (205), holds a bevel gear 10 coaxially to a workpiece spindle shaft (B), and includes a deburring device (50) having a deburring spindle (51) storing at least one first deburring tool (60). The bevel gear cutting machine (200) is designed to chamfer a gear tooth edge through two paths. In the first path, a gear tooth edge first chamfering surface (12) is provided by using the first deburring tool (60). In the second path, a second chamfering surface is continuously provided in the first chamfering surface by using the first deburring tool (60) or using a second deburring tool. The bevel gear (10) and the first or second deburring tool (60) are rotated in a connected state so as to be engaged with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
