Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction in communication quality under such a situation that ringing occurs.SOLUTION: A rectification circuit 304 includes an H-bridge circuit 330 and rectifies an AC current flowing in a reception antenna 301. A smoothing capacitor 306 smooths an output of the rectification circuit 304. A demodulator 350 demodulates a power signal subjected to FSK. A first comparator CMP1 compares a voltage Vat a first AC input terminal AC1 with a first threshold voltage Vto generate a first detection signal S11. A second comparator CMP2 compares a voltage Vat a second AC input terminal AC2 with a second threshold voltage Vto generate a second detection signal S12. A clock generation circuit 352 generates a frequency detection clock CLK_OUT that makes transition depending on one edge of the first detection signal S11 and one edge of the second detection signal S12. A frequency detection circuit 354 detects a frequency of the frequency detection clock CLK_OUT.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
