Abstract:
To provide a method for easily determining the three-phase connection order of power distribution line by using existing power distribution equipment.SOLUTION: A master station device of a power distribution automatic system causes one of automatic voltage adjusters (SVR, TVR, SVC, etc.), installed in a power distribution system, to deliberately generate, for a short time (several seconds) a voltage change (for example, an amount corresponding to one tap in a case where the automatic voltage adjuster is SVR or TVR) within one of the three phases of a power distribution line. A slave station device (for detecting a ground fault, a short circuit, a disconnection, a voltage, a current) connected to an automatic switch at or after an installation point of the automatic voltage adjuster caused to change a voltage, detects a phase of the changed voltage (or measures the voltages of all the three phases) and notifies the master station device of the detection. Based on a detection result acquired from the slave station device (or voltage measurement values of all the three phases), the master station device determines the connection order of the three phases in a section of a power distribution line separated by each slave station device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
