To improve the efficiency of maintenance work, in a rotating machine having parts which cannot be fixed to each other.SOLUTION: A suspender 110 comprises: a suspender main body 111 extending in parallel with an axial direction at an upper part with respect to a rotor main body 21; bearing support parts 115 which are arranged in a pair with an interval in the axial direction, connected to the suspender main body, and attachable and detachable to/from a bearing part 5; seal support parts 113 which are arranged in a pair with an interval in the axial direction at the inside of the axial direction with respect to a pair of the bearing support parts, connected to the suspender main body, and attachable and detachable to/from a seal part 7; and diaphragm support parts 117 which are arranged in a plurality of pieces with an interval in the axial direction at the inside of the axial direction with respect to a pair of the seal support parts, connected to the suspender main body, and attachable and detachable to/from diaphragms 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
