PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recycling and processing a copper-containing scrap containing copper, gold and silver as valuable metals, the method for recycling the copper-containing scrap configured to roast the scrap and sort out the valuable metals from a roasted product to collect.SOLUTION: A method for processing a copper-containing scrap uses, as an intermediate raw material, a roasted product obtained by roasting a copper-containing scrap containing copper and one or both of gold and silver as valuable metals, primarily sorts out and removes the intermediate raw material as a primary sorted product, and then secondarily sorts out and separates the valuable metals remaining in the primarily sorted roasted product.SELECTED DRAWING: None
