Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting control system capable of preventing a flicker when observing external light through the lighting control film, and also to provide a vehicle and a driving method of the lighting control film.SOLUTION: A lighting control system includes: a lighting control film having a liquid crystal layer 8 and two electrodes 11, 16 arranged interposing the liquid crystal layer 8; a drive power source S1 configured to apply drive voltage that changes polarity at a first frequency between the electrodes 11, 16; and a control part 113 configured to control the first frequency so that a second frequency being a frequency of incident light from the lighting control film becomes a natural number times the first frequency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
