Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a petrochemical complex operating condition estimating method capable of quickly, stably and simply estimating the operating condition of a facility for giving the optimum value of an objective function in linear programming. SOLUTION: The estimating method is provided with a step S2 for acquiring learning data by calculating the yield of products corresponding to a different operating condition for the facility and generating a neutral network(NN) model, a step S7 for searching and acquiring an operating condition corresponding to a condition inputted from a linear programming model in which a prescribed objective function is set up by using the NN model, a step S8 for calculating the value of the objective function set up in the linear programming model on the basis of the obtained operating condition, a step S9 for judging whether the operating condition is an optimum operating condition or not from the obtained value of the objective function, and a step S11 for inputting a newly changed condition to the NN model when the operating condition is not the optimum operating condition.
