Abstract:
To provide an evaluation method of a tyre 2, capable of evaluating a displacement of a tyre 2 to a rim R accurately at a low cost.SOLUTION: An evaluation method includes: (1) a running-in process S2 of running a tyre 2 assembled to a rim R in a state with a load applied to the tyre 2 for a prescribed time to heat the tyre 2; (2) a confirmation process S3 of measuring a temperature of the tyre 2 to confirm a heating state of the tyre 2; (3) an actual running process S4 of running the tyre 2 further for a prescribed time to increase a displacement of the tyre 2 to the rim R; and (4) a measurement process S5 of measuring an amount of the displacement of the tyre 2 to the rim R. A reference temperature is set for determining whether or not to execute the actual running process S4, and the actual running process S4 is executed if the temperature of the tyre 2 measured at the confirmation process S3 is below the reference temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
