Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping flushing method that can use a pump permanently installed on the piping and has high efficiency for removing a foreign matter.SOLUTION: A piping flushing method repeats: a full water step of fully filling water into piping 2; and a draining step of supplying compressed air into the piping fully filled with water to drain the water from the piping. A gas flow circulates over a piping inner wall while water content adheres thereto after draining and the water moves along the inner wall of piping, effectively captures and conveys a foreign matter adhering to the inner wall of piping.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
