To provide a technology for forming an insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) in the body of an organism such as inside of the blood vessel, organs or skin of the organism by a simple means.
A gas-liquid two-phase fluid consisting of a liquid mixture of gas and liquid is rotated at a speed of 20,000-40,000 rpm (330-670 rps) in a vessel with a cylindrical or conical inner shape to form the two-phase swirling stream of liquid and gas at the central part of the vessel. A negative pressure hollow part of gas is formed along a rotary axis of the two-phase swirling stream to form a swirling gas hollow part. Gas is cut and crushed by the swirling stream. Functional microbubbles containing fine bubbles with diameters of 10-40 μm and a potential of -40 to -100 mV at the time of generation or functional microbubble water is supplied to organisms (e.g., organisms are dipped in microbubble water).
