Abstract:
Method for installing a transmission (4) between a drive (5) with a driveshaft (11) and a load with a driven shaft (10), whereby this transmission (4) comprises a housing (9) and at least a drive gear (14) and a driven gear (13), characterised in that the method consists of first affixing the transmission (4) over the driveshaft (11) and fastening the housing (9) of the transmission (4) to the housing of the drive (5) and then affixing a shaft seal (15) over the driveshaft (11).
