Abstract:
The invention provides a production process of a chenille loop-pile ground mat and the chenille loop-pile ground mat. The production process comprises the steps of yarn twisting, reeling, yarn dyeing, rewinding, weaving, inspection, bottom compounding, tailoring, sewing, packaging and boxing. In the yarn twisting process, the single fiber fineness of a raw material is 0.8 dtex-2.1dtex; and after the yarns are dyed, yarns with the same or different colors are selected to carry out the rewinding process and the weaving process. According to the invention, yarns with various colors are woven on the same base cloth through a process of dyeing first and then weaving, so that the floor mat is rich in color and variable in pattern; 0.8 dtex-2. 1dtex yarns are adopted during yarn twisting, so that the elasticity is better, and a user feels more comfortable when stepping on the yarn twisting device; the chenille floor mat is denser in pile density, so that fine sundries are not easy to enter the pile when falling off, and the cleaning is convenient; and according to the processes of dyeing firstly and weaving secondly, the chenille ground mat pile cannot generate an overlarge ring shape, so that toes can wear the chenille ground mat pile, and potential safety hazards are eliminated.
