Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently provide a female hook-and-loop fastener easy to engage with a male hook-and-loop fastener.SOLUTION: In a weaving process of lapping two loop pile cloths 16a, 16b in each of which loop piles 15 are formed by interweaving pile yarn 24 in a woven base fabric 14 comprising ground warp 12 and ground weft 13, to each other in a state that their pile faces face to each other to simultaneously doubly weave the front and the rear, temporary weft 19 is interwoven between the two loop pile cloths, the pile yarn 24 is hung to the temporary weft, the pile yarn is folded back around the temporary weft to form the apexes 17 of the loop pile bent in a U shape, a loop pile cloth raw fabric 20 in which the two loop pile cloths are connected through the temporary weft are woven, thereafter the temporary weft is removed, and the loop pile cloth raw fabric is separated into the two loop pile cloths to form a female hook-and-loop fastener 11.
