PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing fruit wine which is tasty and excellent in flavor in a shorter period of time.SOLUTION: Feeding culture is performed at preculture, namely, culture of yeast mash by the feeding culture is performed, and liquid after culture is used for main culture. Therefore, production of fruit wire is performed in a short period of time, and fruit wine excellent in flavor is obtained.
