Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide improve a yield of manufacturing an aluminum-made cross fin tube type heat exchanger.SOLUTION: An aluminum-made connection tube 40 and an aluminum-made heat transfer tube 10 to which aluminum-made fins 20 are joined, and of which the inside diameter of a fore-end 13 is larger than an outside diameter of the connection tube 40 are prepared. A fitted part 42 is constituted by inserting the connection tube 40 into the fore-end 13 of the heat transfer tube 10 in such a way that the connection tube 40 is located at an upper side in a gravity direction, and the heat transfer tube 10 is located at a lower side of the gravity direction, and the fitted part 42 is brazed. At this time, a brazing material 60 of an Al-Cu-Si system or an Al-Cu-Si-Zn system is used. The connection tube 40 which is thicker than the heat transfer tube 10 is used. Consequently, even if the connection tube 40 is corroded by the brazing material 60 at partial brazing, a thickness of the connection tube 40 can be maintained at a certain thickness or thicker.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
