Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to manufacture a reply postal card that can satisfy all the requirements as a reply postal card and communicate many pieces of information in a hidden condition.SOLUTION: The method to manufacture a reply postal card includes: winding out a sheet printed thereon in the vertical direction with multiple clearances in-between with unit reply postal card paper consisting of five sheet pieces linking to each other in the lateral direction via folding lines; covering the wound-out sheet with a pseudo film sheet and a complete adhesion film sheet at the same time; cutting off the margin in the vertical direction and forming folding means on the folding lines; folding the sheet with the folding means formed thereon into the condition where the outgoing card and the reply card are linked side by side; double-folding the outgoing card and the reply card linked side by side from the folding line; cutting off the folded sheet for each unit reply postal card paper; bonding the two faces to be pseudo-bonded of the cut-off unit reply postal card sheet peelably and at the same time bonding the two faces to be completely bonded non-peelably.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
