PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of easily manufacturing a waterproof envelope used for sending an autograph letter or DM, from a singled-sheet.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a waterproof envelope X is composed of a delivery process of successively delivering a printed singled-sheet, by linking a plurality of leaf pieces in a lateral direction via a folding expected line 6 for forming folding means in the rear, a folding means forming process of forming folding means on a folding means forming expected line of the singled-sheet, a film sheet covering process of continuously covering a film sheet and a complete adhesion film sheet in arrangement for covering an envelope over the substantially whole surface in inner-outer surfaces after completing the envelope on a covering expected surface of the singled-sheet for forming the folding means, a cutoff process of cutting off a blank part of the singled-sheet of becoming a long size shape by covering the film sheet, a folding-up process of folding up the singled-sheet from the folding means, a cutting-out process of cutting out the blank part vertical to a carrying direction and an envelope forming process of forming the envelope by adhering mutual opposed complete adhesion expected surfaces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
