Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a brassiere pad capable of increasing a volume of the bust and having good fit feeling.SOLUTION: In a mold used to manufacture a brassiere pad, a projection 41 is disposed at the boundary between a partial mold surface 35 for molding a part of a brassiere pad in a mold surface of a lower mold and the remaining mold surface 37 for molding the remainder of the brassiere pad, with a gap 43 left between the projection and a mold surface 53 of an upper mold. A high hardness polyurethane foam material P1 is discharged onto the partial mold surface 35, and a low hardness polyurethane foam material P2 is discharged onto the remaining mold surface 37. The brassiere pad is manufactured by integrally connecting a high hardness polyurethane foam 11A foamed on the partial mold surface and a low hardness polyurethane foam 13A foamed on the remaining mold surface at the gap 43 between an upper end of the projection and the mold surface of the upper mold at the time of foaming between the lower mold 31 and the upper mold 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
