To provide a curved belt excellent in safety, and to provide a pole safety belt using the curved belt and used for preventing falling.

This safety belt 46 has a girth belt 48 to be wound around a waist portion. The girth belt 48 has the first curved belt 50 to be directly applied to the waist portion, and the second curved belt 52 laminated to the upper side of the first curved belt 50 and used for tightening the waist portion. The first curved belt 50 has the first body 54. The second curved belt 52 has the second main body 66. The first body 54 is curved by linearly correcting the first woven fabric woven in a curved shape and then heating the corrected woven fabric. The second main body 66 is curved by linearly correcting the second woven fabric woven in a curved shape and then heating the corrected woven fabric. The safety belt 46 has excellent safety.
