処理システム（１）は、流動性の処理対象物（４）を一時的に受け入れて予熱する第１のタンク（３６１）と、第１のタンク（３６１）により予熱された処理対象物（４）を受け入れて加熱乾燥処理する第２のタンク（４１０）と、第２のタンク（４１０）から排出される水蒸気を含む排気（６）の熱を利用して第１のタンク（３６１）を加熱する熱回収ユニット（５００）とを有する。さらに、この処理システム（１）は、第２のタンク（４１０）内で羽根（４３１）を回転させて撹拌する撹拌ユニットを有し、第２のタンク（４１０）は、水蒸気を含む排気（６）を排出する排気口（４６０）であって、第２のタンク（４１０）内の開口が羽根（４３１）の回転方向を向いた排気口（４６０）を含む。
