Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a high-pressure tank capable of more correctly evaluating a fiber structure of the high-pressure tank.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a high-pressure tank is a manufacturing method of a high-pressure tank 1 to manufacture the high-pressure tank 1 by using a filament winding method and includes: a step S10 of winding a carbon fiber 100 on a substrate 10 at a first angle to form a first layer of the high-pressure tank 1, a step S30 of winding the carbon fiber 100 on the first layer at a second angle different from the first angle to form a second layer of the high-pressure tank 1, a step S40 of measuring a polarization angle of a reflected light toward at least a part of a surface of the second layer having been formed, and a step S50 of determining whether or not formation of the second layer is abnormal based on the polarization angle of the reflected light caused by the carbon fiber 100 winded at the first angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
