Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject agent easily handleable and safely and effectively producible a laminate film having excellent adhering strength and appearance by including a specific N,N-dialkylallylamine polymer as a main component. SOLUTION: This agent contains an N,N-dialkylallylamine polymer (e.g. N,N-dimethylallylamine polymer) containing a unit of the formula (R1 and R2 are each a 1-4C alkyl), preferably having 300-1,000,000 molecular weight as a main component. The polymer is obtained by, e.g. polymerizing an inorganic acid salt of a monoallylamine by using a radical polymerization initiator containing azo group and cationic nitrogen in a molecule and affecting formic acid and formaldehyde to the resultant inorganic acid salt of polyallylamine, or a polyallylamine obtained by affecting an alkali to the inorganic acid salt.
