Abstract:
To overcome a case with a conventional slide film arranged at a slide part of a focal-plane shutter that friction force is increased by abrasion of a slide film at an initial step after use start and large change is generated on a curtain speed.SOLUTION: In a film containing a fluorine resin arranged on a slide surface of a component, percentage of the fluorine resin contained in the film is 30 wt.% or more, percentage of a fluorine element in vicinity of a surface of the film is 50 mass% or more, the film has a surface structure in which projections 11 mainly containing the fluorine resin are connected with network, and contact angle to water of the film is set at 120 degree or more. A slide film has low abrasion from use start, and no large change on a curtain speed even when use is continued.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
