Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dressing method in which accuracy is not reduced even when a tool diameter is reduced, in dressing of a grinding tool for gear processing.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing one or more workpieces comprising a desired gear shape by a tool which is dressed properly. In the method, the tool is dressed by a dresser before further processing step is executed to a same workpiece or other plural workpieces, after a processing step is executed once or more times. By reducing a tool diameter, a center distance is reduced, relative positions of the dresser and the tool are changed by additively adjusting a motion axis of a dressing machine in post-dressing processing corresponding to pre-dressing processing.SELECTED DRAWING: None
