Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a prepreg from overlapping another prepreg or a gap from being formed between the prepregs, to stabilize the strength of a pressure vessel.SOLUTION: In manufacturing the pressure vessel having a liner 20 and an FRP layer covering the outer periphery of the liner 20, the prepreg 70 including a flat plate formed of a predetermined number of fibers is folded or wound to form a string shape, and wound around the outer periphery of the liner 20. It is also preferable that a cross section of the prepreg is formed into a square shape after the string-like prepreg 70 is formed, and then the prepreg is wound around the outer periphery of the liner 20.
