Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a solar cell which reduces damage of each component member composing a solar cell during manufacturing processes and prevents displacement of tab wires and crystal silicon based solar cells on a glass substrate.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a solar cell according to this invention, crystal silicon based solar cells 1 having bus bar electrodes 3 are manufactured. Then, tab wires 5 are joined to a glass substrate 6 on which the crystal silicon based solar cells 1 are disposed. Subsequently, the tab wires 5 are connected with the bus bar electrodes 3.
