Abstract:
To provide a highly versatile method of measuring temperature variation of a measurement target.SOLUTION: A method of measuring temperature variation of a measurement target 10 is provided, comprising: applying a temperature sensitive paint 6 to a measurement portion 10d, or a portion of the measurement target 10 for measuring temperature variation; irradiating the measurement portion 10d with excitation light to cause the temperature sensitive paint 6 to emit fluorescence; measuring temporal change in distribution of fluorescence intensity emitted from the temperature sensitive paint 6; and deriving temperature variation of the measurement portion 10d based on the temporal change in fluorescence intensity distribution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
