Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of minimizing the power consumption during operation of a battery type mobile wireless information device.SOLUTION: A device application periodically needs to communicate over the Internet by using a wireless communication channel, and comprises a step of activating a task related to a set of wireless transmission, a step of logging an activation period of a task, a data amount and a device application, a step of grouping into prioritized sub-groups of tasks of low time-critical properties and tasks of high time-critical properties, a step of logging a reception signal strength indicator (RSSI), and a step of automatically changing the operation on wireless transmission so that a load is mainly imposed on a task on wireless transmission in which the communication channel is high in time-critical property during a period of low RSSI value, and a load is mainly imposed on a task on wireless communication in which the communication channel is low in time-critical property during a period of high RSSI value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
