Pumps are disposed to respectively distribute cooling water from the central heat source machine to a parallel flow channel of each air conditioner, a motor controlling a flow rate by invertor control on the basis of air conditioning load in an object area, is disposed on the corresponding pump, the output of inverter is taken in a processing device with every time, air conditioning full load factor of the whole air conditioner group is determined on the basis of a (A) formula, (1) the air conditioning full load factor is changed in accordance with air conditioning load percentage change in a predetermined one day, (2) a temperature of cooling water corresponding to the changed air conditioning full load factor is set, and the central heat source machine is operated to achieve the temperature setting, and (3) an operation for lowering a temperature of cooling water of the central heat source machine when a maximum value of the output of each invertor reaches an upper limit value, and increasing the temperature of cooling water of the central heat source machine when the maximum value reaches a lower limit value is performed in a next time period, and these (1)-(3) are performed every time period.
