Abstract:
To provide a method enabling an estimation of a mineral concentrate distribution inside a burner cone.SOLUTION: A mineral concentrate distribution estimation method is configured for an inside of a burner cone installed at an upper end of a reaction tower of a flash-smelting furnace, and measures a temperature distribution of an interior space of the burner cone. Supposing that the higher the temperature at a temperature measurement position is, the lower the mineral concentrate density at the temperature measurement position, the mineral concentrate distribution is estimated based on the temperature distribution. According to the estimated mineral concentrate distribution, a supply method of the mineral concentrate is adjusted so that the mineral concentrate density becomes uniform in a circumferential direction inside the burner cone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
