Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an operational method of a solid oxide fuel cell system capable of securing an extractable current value as much as possible even if the temperature of an SOFC is lowered to a temperature range on a relatively low temperature side.SOLUTION: In a solid oxide fuel cell system where ammonia-containing gas and oxygen-containing gas are supplied to generate power, the system is built by including an ammonia decomposition unit 1, a combustion heating unit 2, and a second heating means 3 in a power generation module M1. The second heating means 3 flows ammonia-containing gas and oxygen-containing gas to the combustion heating unit 2 via the power generation module M1 while the combustion heating unit 2 is maintained at a temperature at which ammonia burns or above, and burns the ammonia-containing gas and oxygen-containing gas to rise temperatures in the ammonia decomposition unit 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
