Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for punching a fiber-reinforced plastic plate material, capable of performing punching the fiber-reinforced plastic plate material by suppressing peeling and cracks.SOLUTION: A method for punching a fiber-reinforced plastic plate material by punching with a shank 15 each of plate materials (CFRP) 1 and 3 as each of plate materials which are overlapped by joining connection surfaces 11 and 13 and where at least one side is made of fiber-reinforced plastic includes bringing support jigs 7 and 9 which have an inner hole 31 of an internal diameter equal to an external diameter of the shank 15 in non-joint surfaces 27 and 29 of the CFRP 1 and 3, and marginal parts in the non-joint surfaces 27 and 29 of the inner hole 31 as a corner part 35 of a cross section right angle so as to perform punching with the shank 15 by adjusting to the inner hole 31 of the support jigs 7 and 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
