To allow a cargo receiver to change a cargo receiving place in a transportation information processing method using the Internet.

When a transportation computer system receives "a cargo receiving place changing request" and "delivery identification information " from a computer of the cargo receiver, "selection map information" is transmitted to the computer of the cargo receiver in response to "the cargo receiving place changing request". The computer of the cargo receiver selects a cargo receiving place in the received "selection map information", and transmits "the delivery identification information" to the transportation computer system together with selected "cargo receiving place change selection information". Next, the transportation computer system processes transportation information to transmit "the cargo receiving place change selection information" received to a computer address of a cargo collecting/delivering person in charge associated to "the delivery identification information", when receiving "the delivery identification information" together with "the cargo receiving place change selection information" from the computer of the cargo receiver.
