Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric current sensor that is excellent in reliability and is easy to be fabricated.SOLUTION: An electric current sensor 1 comprises: an electric current conductor 3 that has, a first part 8, a measurement part 9, and a second part 10, in which the first part 8 includes one or more first electric terminals 5, and the second part 10 includes one or more second electric terminals 6,; a third electric terminal 7; and a semiconductor chip 4. The semiconductor chip 4 has one or more magnetic field sensors to be arranged in an active front surface, in which the active front surface is attached to the electric current conductor 3 in a state where the active front surface faces the electric current conductor 3, and the active front surface includes a first contact 14. The semiconductor chip 4 includes electrical breakthrough connection parts that are arranged over the first contact 14, and are electrically connected. A rear surface of the semiconductor chip 4 includes a second contact 17, and each of the second contact 17 is electrically connected to one of the electrical breakthrough connection parts. A wire coupling part 19 is configured to electrically connect the second contact 17 to the third electric terminal 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
