Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively recovering valuable components in steel slag.SOLUTION: The method for recovering the valuable components in the steel slag is characterized in that the method includes: leaching the steel slag with sulfuric acid, then separating generated CaSOand SiOinto solid and liquid; drying and solidifying the leaching solution after solid liquid separation and heating the solidified material to a temperature of 600-900°C; and leaching the solidified material with water, then separating the solidified material leached with water into the leaching solution and residue containing compound of Fe, Al, P, Mn, Mg and recovering the residue. According to another embodiment, the method is characterized in that the method includes: leaching the steel slag with the sulfuric acid, then separating the generated CaSOand SiOinto solid and liquid; drying and solidifying the leaching solution after the solid liquid separation, leaching the solidified material with hot water, then separating the solidified material leached with the hot water into the leaching solution and the residue containing the compound of Fe, Al, P, Mn, Mg, and recovering the residue.
