Abstract:
To solve the problem that in Japan, huge economical loss or loss of human life occurs due to loss of human life or damage of a structure due to typhoon every year.SOLUTION: Temperature variation of sea water due to undulation of sea water is utilized using low temperature air. (July to October every year, where there is downtime of a cooler from 0 AM to 5 AM everyday). (Example 1) When 2 km3/min of air (temperature of 10°C) is emitted to 1,000 kL of sea water (temperature of 30°C), a sea water temperature becomes 20°C.
