Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy high workability and high productivity when executing work for removing a compressor on a disassembling work conveyor, by aiming at a disposal refrigerator having the compressor installed in an upper part in a refrigerator body.SOLUTION: A removal method comprises a process of putting in a state where the removal direction of first and second screws 22-a and 22-b becomes a free space, without contacting a cover 21 with an adjacent disposal refrigerator 11 on a disassembling work conveyor 51, by continuously executing this carrying method to a plurality of disposal refrigerators 11, by carrying the disposal refrigerator 11 in an obliquely inclined state to the carrying direction, by bringing down the disposal refrigerator 11 sideways on the disassembling work conveyor 51 so that a top surface and a back face of a refrigerator body becomes sideways and a side surface of the refrigerator body becomes above and a process of further removing a compressor 12 by removing the cover 21 by removing the first screw 22-a and the second screw 22-b in a state of not contacting the cover 21 with the adjacent disposal refrigerator 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
