Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removing method of a harmful material generated by combustion. SOLUTION: The removing performance for the harmful material is improved by treating metal oxide with an acid. A photocatalyst is used as the metal oxide such as titanium oxide to decompose the harmful material. The method is effective for the removal of dioxin generated by the combustion of an organic chlorine compound.
