To efficiently remove cadmium remaining in fishery product waste by using an apparatus of a simple structure and holding the temperature in the apparatus at a temperature lower than that of the conventional apparatus.
A fluidization pulverizing and drying apparatus is equipped with a treatment tube body 1, a raw material supply section 2 which is disposed in a portion in the middle of the treatment tube body 1 and is droppingly supplied with the fishery product waste into the treatment tube body 1, a hot air inlet 4 which is communicatively connected with the bottom of the body 1 in order to supply hot air thereto, and suction/centrifugal blades 3 which forcibly suck the hot air supplied from the hot air inlet 4 and scatter the waste dropping from the raw material supply section in a tangent direction by high-speed rotation. The fishery product waste is fed into the above apparatus and the cadmium remaining in the fishery product waste is removed by the impact pulverization induced by the fall of the waste and the scattering in the tangential direction and the fluidized drying of the pulverized waste by the hot air.
