Abstract:
To provide a reform method of an architectural structure capable of transferring or replacing a strength element supporting a beam arranged at an outer periphery of the architectural structure without the need for demolishing an indoor ceiling or floor.SOLUTION: A reform method of an architectural structure has an indoor beam 5 stretched perpendicular to an outer wall, an outer peripheral beam 4 stretched along the outer wall and an existing framework frame 3 arranged at the outer wall and supporting the outer peripheral beam 4 or the indoor beam 5. The reform method of an architectural structure comprises the steps of: detachably fixing a temporary beam 11 to a surface facing the outdoor side of the outer peripheral beam 4 or the indoor beam 5 and allowing the temporary beam 11 to project toward the outdoor side; erecting an outdoor temporary pole 13 supporting a lower surface of the temporary beam 11; removing the existing framework frame 3; installing a new framework frame 15 supporting the outer peripheral beam 4 or the indoor beam 5; and demolishing the outdoor temporary pole 13 or the temporary beam 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
